A soft fresh  drinkable wine style with a very appealing finish and a  fine velvety tannin structure that blends with the influence of French oak, it’s a wine made to drink with food 14% alcohol.

One of only a few of this blend made in Mudgee, a modern medium-bodied and very approachable wine with dark chocolate and dried fruits, finishing with fine grain tannins  and drinking really well now 14% alcohol

A soft, fresh and approachable wine with a clean finish, made to drink now or for cellaring. A delicious blend of 75% shiraz with 25% cabernet, rich in blackberry and vanillin characters resulting from maturation in French, American and Hungarian oak . A wine of length and complexity 14% alcohol

Barbera  is traditionally made chiefly to produce the popular everyday drinking wines of Piedmont in Italy. Mongrel Barbera 2010 shows classic  varietal characteristics, with distinct and .savoury black fruit characters. This medium-bodied food friendly wine has typical firm acidity and fine tannins. Critics say it is a ‘complete’ wine which is even better with food 13.3? % alcohol

1 bottle MONGREL The Blend (Shiraz, Barbera, Tempranillo and Viognier).
This intruiging medium-bodied French, Spanish and Italian blend has the rich and earthy flavours of mulberry, cassis, mocha and fine tannins,  resulting in a long wine with a balanced finish. A really interesting and satisfying wine to drink with food.  Drink now or cellar 3-4 years 13.5% alcohol

Pale, dry and delicious, with quince-like aroma and made from hand picked shiraz grapes.. A seamless, Bandol style to drink all day, it is exceptionally delicious with cured meats such a jamon and prosciutto, Asian cuisines and fresh seafood. One of the dry rosės involved in the Rosė Revolution, it’s one not to miss 12.5% alcohol.
